1. Service Provider Agreement

By signing up as a service provider on Hitsura, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure

Platform Fees

  • Marketplace bookings: 10% commission on service price
  • Direct link bookings: 6% commission on service price
  • Commission deduction: Applied when booking is confirmed by provider

Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current rates will be maintained for existing bookings.

3. Welcome Bonus

₱1,000 Signup Bonus

  • Eligibility: New service providers who complete their profile
  • Amount: ₱1,000 credited to provider wallet
  • Usage: Can only be used to pay platform fees and commissions
  • Non-withdrawable: Bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash
  • Expiration: Bonus expires 12 months after account creation

4. Payment Terms

Service providers are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance to cover platform fees. Commission fees are automatically deducted from your wallet when bookings are confirmed.

If your wallet balance is insufficient, you may need to top up your account before confirming new bookings.

5. Service Standards

Service providers agree to:

  • Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing
  • Maintain professional standards in client interactions
  • Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
  • Honor confirmed appointments and provide quality service

6. Platform Usage

The Hitsura platform is provided as-is. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify commission rates with proper notice
  • Update platform features and functionality
  • Suspend accounts that violate terms of service
  • Moderate content and service listings
